At AM Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AM Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Secure the Package
Place the unused beauty products back into their original packaging and ensure they are padded securely to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
